HOW TO GET AN AUCTION ESTIMATE

Valuations – can be provided on single items, private collections and full house clearances.

Prior to your lot being accepted for auction, we will examine your property and provide you with an open market valuation.  This is a free, no obligation service and you can get in touch with us a number of ways:

In Person - Seeing your items first hand gives us the best possible opportunity to examine and accurately identify your pieces.  We can schedule a private appointment for you at either our sale room in Whitchurch, or in your own home if you have a number of items you are considering selling.

Valuation Days – Valuation days are held EVERY Monday and Friday (except Bank Holidays) 9.00am-5.00pm at our saleroom The Joyce Building, Station Road, Whitchurch, Shropshire, SY13 1RD.  These valuation days are free of charge.

We hold a number of regional valuation days where our specialists are available to give you advice. Bring along your items for a confidential, no obligation valuation.

By Email - We are delighted to accept valuations via email to info@trevanionanddean.co.uk  however, please be aware that due to the volume of requests we receive, it may take a short time for our valuers to undertake additional research and assign auction estimates.
