Elizabeth Oliver – Valuer & Auctioneer
A proud Yorkshire lass, more recently rooted in Cheshire, Elizabeth has always had a love of Art and Antiques studying Fine Art and History at college before reading History of Art at the University of Warwick.
During her time at University, Elizabeth specialised in medieval iconography. she lived in Venice to closer study Masters of the Renaissance – absorbing the culture and beauty. After graduating with a 2:1, Elizabeth truly found her love for Antiques after applying to become part of the team here at Trevanion and Dean in 2018. She has since gone on to develop a passion for Jewellery and Silver as well as her ever-present enthusiasm for Fine Art.
Elizabeth is the front of house here at Trevanion and Dean and is the first to greet the public on valuation days. With a love of learning, she is ready to absorb history from even the smallest objects.
Her passion for Gothic Architecture means Elizabeth is a keen historian outside of formal studies volunteering as a historical steward at her local church — visiting Cathedrals and museums in her spare time.
