Congratulations on your winning bid, the next stage is payment.
There are a number of ways to pay for the items you have purchased. We accept cash, debit card, credit card or bank transfer.
Remember your final invoice will include the hammer price plus the buyers premium of 24% inclusive of VAT. If you are successful in buying via one of our online bidding platforms there will be an additional live bidding fee added to the hammer price:
- T&D Live an additional 2% + VAT
- EasyLive.com an additional 3% + VAT
- the-saleroom.com an additional 4.95% + VAT

Credit cards and Debit cards incur no additional charge. Unless the card is not registered inside of the EU, in this circumstance a credit card would have an extra 2% charge added to the total.
Any client wishing to pay in cash over the amount of £1,000 will be asked to provide photographic ID along with their date of birth.
In accordance with Money Laundering Regulations and the Criminal Justice Act of 1993 Trevanion & Dean Auctioneers & Valuers will not accept single cash payments exceeding €9999.00.
We do not accept payment by cheque.
Our payment terms are strictly seven days. Any outstanding payments beyond our seven day terms will incur a £20 + VAT administration fee.
Trevanion & Dean must have received full, cleared payment before lots can be collected.
