Update regarding Covid-19

In light of the recent government announcement of a national lockdown, from Tuesday 5th January 2021 our offices will be closed to the public.
We will still be conducting free valuations, for more information as to how to obtain a valuation click here.
For the foreseeable future we will be conducting our auctions live online, with public viewing appointments prior. You can browse our catalogue prior to bidding and plan your day around the lots you want to bid for. We aim to deliver the best possible experience for both buyers and sellers whilst ensuring safety for all concerned.

UPCOMING AUCTIONS & AUCTION VIEWING
Our next Fine Art & Antique Auction will be held on Wednesday 14th April 2021.
Viewing for this auction will be held on 11th, 12th & 13th April, subject to the lifting of the current regulations, this viewing is strictly by appointment only. This will ensure the safety of both our clients and staff whilst continuing to adhere to Government social distancing guidelines. Please contact us on email@example.com or 01948 800 202 to book your viewing appointment and to provide details of the lots you wish to inspect.
Appointments will be offered on a ‘first come – first served’ basis, in 15 or 30 minute slots. We cannot guarantee that you will be admitted to the building without an appointment, so to avoid disappointment please book in advance.
We recommend that potential bidders inspect lots in person. Where this is not possible condition reports on specific lots can be requested from Trevanion & Dean. Condition reports are opinions to be used as a guide and are not guarantees. Reports can be requested from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the condition of a lot prior to bidding.
As previously stated, this auction will be held live online. There will be no public admittance to the saleroom on auction day, but there are numerous ways to participate live in the auction as outlined below. You can bid through T&D’s Live bidding platform on our website here, you can register/open account, and will also find our latest auction catalogue. In addition, you can choose to register/bid with www.easyliveauction.com or www.the-saleroom.com.
TELEPHONE & COMMISSION BIDS
We will be accepting telephone bids and commission bids on all lots in our auction. All phone line requests must be received by 5pm the day before the lot is due to be auctioned.
Phone lines will be limited and offered on a ‘first come – first served’ basis. Please be aware that by booking a telephone line you are agreeing to bid at the lowest estimate of the lot.

PAYING YOUR INVOICE
If you make a purchase at our online auctions, we accept bank transfers for payments made to the following account:

If you wish to pay by debit card please contact our accounts team who will be able to take your payment by telephone 01948 800202.
Please note: Debit or credit card payments will not be accepted on items of silver or gold, or high value items purchased at our auctions. Payments for these items must be made via bank transfer prior to collection.
All international payments must be made via Bank Transfer, credit or debit card payments will not be accepted.
Until further notice we will not be accepting cash or cheque payments at the saleroom.
All accounts must be settled prior to collection.
COLLECTION OF ITEMS
Please contact us to arrange collection of your purchased lots, we will be operating a strict timetable for buyers collecting. Purchases must be collected from the saleroom no later than seven days following the date of the auction. Failure to collect in this timeframe may result in storage charges being applied.

If you are collecting large items you will need to ensure you have help from a family member as our staff will be unable to assist you. We will only release goods that have been paid for.
