How To Get A Valuation

Valuations can be provided on single items, private collections and full house contents.

Prior to your lot being accepted for auction, we will examine your property and provide you with an open market valuation. This is a free, no obligation service and you can get in touch with us a number of ways:

In Person

Due to current government regulations we are unable to provide valuations in person at the saleroom. Please see below for the other ways we can provide valuations.

By Email

We are delighted to accept valuations via email to info@trevanion.com however, please be aware that due to the volume of requests we receive, it may take a short time for our valuers to undertake additional research and assign auction estimates.

If you are emailing images of your items to us, please include the following information:

  • Your name, email address and telephone number if you would like us to call you.
  • Attach clear images in jpeg. format of the item/s
  • Description of the item/s
  • Details and close ups of any marks/signatures/maker’s names
  • Dimensions
  • Condition/damage
  • Any provenance or history accompanying the object (ie. where you got it from)

The better the quality of your images and the more detail that you can provide the better!

By Phone

If you do not have access to email, please telephone us on 01948 800 202 and we will connect you to one of our valuers.
